2026/2027 Team 91 South Tryouts
About Team 91 South: The Team 91 South program was created to give the best players in the Southeast an opportunity to train and compete together against the best teams at the best events in the country. On the field, players in the Team 91 South program will receive the highest level of exposure, instruction and development. Off the field, players will create friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.
In 2026/2027, the Team 91 South program is open to players from any club program. However, the best way to avoid scheduling issues and create the best experience possible for the player is to play with a Team 91 program or prioritize the Team 91 South schedule over other teams. Our rosters do not "rotate" and we do not pick each event from a pool of players. If you are selected for a team, you play at every event.
Team 91 South will field teams at the 2028-2034 graduation years. When appropriate, Team 91 South will field two teams at each age. Each team will attend events that are appropriate for their competitive level.

In 2026, Team 91 South will hold one tryout date in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, July 25th, 2026.
Tryout Cost:
Tryouts will cost $50 and each player will receive a reversible.

Matthews Sportsplex - Fields 1-4 (2425 Sports Pkwy, Matthews, NC 28105)
Saturday, July 25th, 2026 (Charlotte)
Players should arrive 30-45 minutes before their tryout to begin check-in.
9:00am-10:30am - 2033 and 2034 tryouts- Fields 1-4
10:30am-12:00pm - 2031 and 2032 tryouts - Fields 1-4
12:00pm-1:00pm - 2033 and 2034 call back games, if needed
1:00pm-2:00pm - 2031 and 2032 call back games, if needed
12:30pm-2:00pm - 2028 tryouts - Fields 3 and 4
2:00pm-3:30pm - 2029 and 2030 Tryouts - Fields 1-4
3:30pm-4:30pm - 2028 call back game, if needed
4:00pm-5:00pm - 2029 and 2030 call back games, if needed
Players will be notified on the "Call Back Game" via email 30 minutes prior to the start of their grad year's game.
Invitations:
Players will be notified of their selection by July 31st with a deposit due by August 2nd to hold your position on the team. If needed, a second round of invitations will be sent starting August 3rd with deposits due by 5th.
2026/2027 Team 91 South Schedule
Teams will play one Fall/Winter event and 2-3 Spring/Summer events. Specific events will be included when team invitations are sent. Once announced, Team 91 South officials will communicate any changes as the events calendar continues to evolve including additional information such as stay-to-play event details, training camps, etc.
